Norwescap’s Board consists of 15 members representing the five counties of New Jersey where the majority of our services are located. We have a tripartite Board structure, which includes equal representation of members from the communities we serve (current or former program participants); at-large members; and members who are nominated by local officials.

The Norwescap Board is dedicated to enhancing the diversity of its members to better represent and understand the needs of the tens of thousands of individuals and families we serve annually across New Jersey. A more diverse Board enriches our perspectives, improves decision-making, and strengthens our advocacy efforts for our community.
