Healing Through Action: H3AL Network
Highlighting Equality & Equity through Education, Advocacy, and Love, better known as H3AL, is a community coalition and innovative partnership including Norwescap and other H3AL members such as community leaders and change-makers, faith-based organizations, and other key stakeholders in communities like yours. This partnership is working to create lasting and meaningful change to dismantle the longstanding impacts of racism in New Jersey.

Longstanding institutionalized racism has left a deep impact on Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC). Reconciling begins with listening and amplifying the voices of lived experiences, fostering understanding, and taking action to identify and challenge institutionalized injustice.
The H3AL Network exists to bridge racial, social, and cultural divides, and to bring people together to foster strong, just, and vibrant communities where everyone has an opportunity to thrive.
